PricingWhat determines the price?

Materials, measured lighting runs, crew hours, property height, pitch, access, travel and any special equipment shape the quote. We separate purchased lights, installation and optional removal. A website enquiry is not a binding estimate.

PricingIs there a published minimum price?

We quote each property individually. No standard starting price or seasonal discount has been approved for publication. Send your property details for a written scope and price.

MaterialsCan you install lights I already own?

Yes, subject to their outdoor suitability, condition and compatibility with the proposed display. Tell us about your lights and include photos if helpful. Unsafe or unsuitable equipment cannot be installed.

MaterialsWho owns lights purchased through you?

You do. Lights purchased through Oregon Christmas Lights belong to the customer. Materials and service are identified separately in your quote.

MaterialsCan I choose warm white or multicolored lights?

Tell us the colors and areas you want lit. We review available materials and the property before agreeing a display. The gallery shows generated inspiration rather than a promise of an exact result.

Installation & safetyWhich areas can you decorate?

We assess rooflines, entrances, suitable trees, landscaping and commercial frontages. Height, roof condition, pitch, ground conditions and electrical access determine what can be safely accepted.

Installation & safetyWhat should I prepare before installation?

Provide safe access, tell us about gates, pets and parking restrictions, identify available outdoor outlets, and obtain any required property-owner or HOA approval. The agreed scope confirms preparation requirements.

Installation & safetyWhat about electrical safety and bad weather?

We assess equipment, outdoor power access and working conditions before installation. Use outdoor-rated equipment and suitable protected outlets. Do not touch damaged wiring or climb to investigate a fault. Unsafe weather or access can require rescheduling; electrical alterations require an appropriately licensed professional.

Installation & safetyDo you maintain the display or offer a warranty?

Installation quality and proper operation are checked at completion. We do not offer an ongoing seasonal maintenance program or additional voluntary warranty. Contact us if you have a concern about the completed installation.

SchedulingDoes requesting a date reserve it?

No. Preferred installation dates are requests only. The owner reviews crew availability, access and project scope and confirms dates manually. Installation requests are for November 1, 2026 onward.

SchedulingCan you meet an event or opening deadline?

Include your ready-by date and any operating-hour restrictions. We review feasibility before accepting the work; an enquiry does not guarantee availability.

CommercialDo you install lights for businesses?

Yes. Share the site address, frontage and areas to decorate, opening hours, access restrictions, power availability and the person authorized to approve the quote. We review landlord or property-manager requirements before confirming.

RemovalIs takedown included?

No. Removal is optional and separately priced. Choose paid removal in the form if you would like it included as a separate line item in your quote.

RemovalWhen can removal take place?

Removal windows begin December 28, 2026 and continue into January as agreed. Dates depend on availability and safe conditions. If you do not purchase removal, responsibility for takedown remains with you.

PaymentWhen do I sign and pay?

Customers sign an agreement in person. Payment is collected after installation. The written agreement confirms scope and price before work is performed.

PaymentWhich payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, ACH and cash. We do not accept checks. Do not put card or bank details into the quote form.

Service areasWhere do you work?

We accept enquiries in Greater Portland and Eugene/Springfield. Our established local pages cover Eugene, Springfield, Lake Oswego and West Linn, plus Portland. Share your full address so the owner can confirm route availability. These pages do not represent separate branch offices.
