A few things to know.

This website introduces the seasonal lighting services of Declan McElligott Construction, Oregon CCB #252367.

Enquiries and booking

A form submission is a request for a quote. It does not reserve an appointment, accept a contract or make a payment. Scope, price, payment terms, installation and removal windows must be confirmed separately in writing before a booking is made.

Lighting materials and service

We offer installation of suitable customer-owned lights and the option to purchase new lights from us. Purchased lights belong to the customer. Removal is optional and separately priced. Installation quality and proper operation are checked at completion. No ongoing seasonal maintenance program or additional voluntary warranty is offered. Customers sign an agreement in person and pay after installation by credit card, ACH or cash; checks are not accepted. Handover arrangements are confirmed in the quote. Future-year service is a separate arrangement.

Dates and access

Installation reservations start November 1, 2026. Removal starts December 28, 2026 and continues into January as booked. Work depends on crew availability, property approval and safe conditions. We assess access and project suitability before confirming a job.

The gallery and illustrative property images are generated design inspiration, not photos of completed customer projects. Your agreed display depends on the property, available materials and approved scope.
