Information you choose to share

The quote form collects your name, phone number, email, property address, city, property type, lighting preference, requested date, removal preference, optional property photos and project notes. Photos are resized before upload, stored privately with your enquiry and accessible only to the authenticated owner. Avoid photos showing people, vehicle plates or sensitive information. Avoid including payment details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you about the project and organize a quote. A quote request does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Advertising source information

If you follow an advertising link, we may save campaign tags, click identifiers and the landing-page path with your enquiry so we can understand which campaigns produce requests. Temporary browser session storage keeps this source information while you navigate. The site does not currently load Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or other advertising tracking scripts.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a database provided through Sites and Cloudflare. We use Resend to send enquiry notifications to our business inbox, hosted by Google Workspace. These providers process enquiry details to deliver and store those notifications. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and site operation. Access to enquiries is restricted to the business owner’s account. We keep enquiry information as needed for quoting, customer service and applicable recordkeeping, and review records for deletion when no longer needed.

For questions, corrections or a deletion request, email hello@oregonchristmaslights.com. Tell us enough to identify your enquiry. Records may need to be retained where required for an existing transaction or recordkeeping obligation.

Changes

We will update this page before introducing new analytics, remarketing tools or materially different uses of enquiry information.
